- How do you solve the problem of ink spillage?
This problem have been taken care of as the Hitachi Printer is well designed to avoid ink spillage in the factory.
- How often do I need to flush the print-head ?
Once in a while e.g say a month or two after a prolonged use of the printer.
- Does this printer use Compressed Air?
No, Compressed air is not required, it has an inbuilt superior pump with a good Shelf life.
- How frequently is the maintenance?
Printers are due for maintenance after 2,400 hrs of continuous usage.
- What kind of technical support do you have?
We have very sound technical support team with a response time of within 24hrs. Also we have an After sales maintenance Contract where a technician will be positioned on site based on customers request.
